Both of our predecessor enterprises, Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery and Siemens VAI, have contributed greatly to the comprehensive, state-of-the-art portfolio that our company proudly has at its disposal. In early 2020, full ownership of Primetals Technologies was transferred to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and partners.
